Burn Fitness will provide a 30-minute High Intensive Interval Training (HIIT) session and a 30-minute nutrition class.  The HIIT class includes high intensity cardio mixed with dynamic full body strength training and is modifiable for all fitness levels.  All you need is comfortable clothing and a towel!  The nutrition class will offer dietary tips and tricks to keep you on track for a healthy lifestyle.
