Center for Architecture & Design is excited to bring Design Thinker to Kansas City. On October 21st, ExperiencePoint will take you on a deep dive into design thinking to explore the intersection between design and business. In this Edison Award-winning workshop design in collaboration with IDEO, you’ll have hands-on experience tackling an innovation challenge from start to finish that IDEO themselves faced. Following the session, you’ll be provided with access to tools and resources to assist you in applying these principles to your own projects, teams and challenges.
Joining us will be Scott Underwood, a workshop facilitator with 22 years of experience with IDEO. At IDEO, Scott’s role involved telling stories about the company’s projects, process culture and history. As a writer and author, he worked on a variety of communication efforts including Tim Brown’s Change by Design and Tom Kelley’s The Art of Innovation and The Ten Faces of Innovation.
